SwingLam

林兆榮與小童群益會合作，作為「藝術有SENse」計劃藝術家，與有特殊學習需要的學生一起進行創作。當中包括一項橫跨整個月巴士巡遊和展覽。林兆榮與一群巴士愛好者設計了整條橫跨全港的巡遊路線。

林兆榮同時設計了一項名為「一日巴士18區」的挑戰。參加者從香港任何一區出發，只乘巴士，並以最快速度走遍全港十八區。四十位巴士迷參與其中，分享經驗，以至討論公共交通政策。「一日巴士18區」​也拍成紀錄片，在珍寶巴士上展出。

Invited by The Boys' & Girls' Clubs Association of Hong Kong, Swing Lam featured as an artist for "Art make SENse", working with the youngsters who are under SEN “Special Education Needs”. Swing involved in a month-long public activity, riding an Antique "Jumbo Bus" cruising around Hong Kong. The cruising route was co-designed with the bus Enthusiasts.

Swing also designed a challenge to take only local buses, travel around all 18 districts in Hong Kong as fast as possible. 40 bus enthusiasts joint the challenge, and they shared their experience, as well as the public transport policy. Documentation of the challenges were exhibited inside the antique bus.
